M320 Grenade Launcher: TM Clarification on Mounting Adaptor Screws

BLUF: Everything you need to order parts for your M320 grenade launcher is listed in TM 9-1010-232-23&P (Jul 23).

Dear Half-Mast,

TM 9-1010-232-10 (Jul 23) lists the M320 and M320A1 front and rear mounting adaptors but does not include the mounting screws.

Is there an NSN for the screws or do I have to order the mounting kit?

A.S.

Dear A.S.,

There’s an inconsistency between TM 9-1010-232-10 (Jul 23) and TM 9-1010-232-23&P (Jul 23). This is the case for both the M4 adaptors and the M16 adaptors.

Order the screws with NSN 5305-01-562-8093. If you prefer to order the kit, you’ll need to order the following NSNs:
  • M4 Mounting Bracket Assembly, NSN 1005-01-563-0155
  • M16 Mounting Bracket Assembly, NSN 1005-01-562-6591
Make a note of these NSNs since it may take some time for a TM update.
