Packaging: DD Form 2477 Updated

BLUF: An updated DD Form 2477, Shelf-Life Extension Notice, is available.

DD Form 2477, Shelf-Life Extension Notice, received an update in July 2023. The form is used to alert users that a Type II shelf-life item has received an extension.

If you have old DD Form 2477 labels in stock, use them until they run out. If you don’t have old DD Form 2477 labels, make sure that you only use the new ones.
