Dear Half-Mast,

I’ve been using PS Magazine for over 35 years, and it’s always been a huge help. One of the features I found very useful was the page (from the early 1990s) with the safety of use messages (SOUMs) and maintenance message notifications. Has PS ever considered bringing that back?

Mr. P.D.

Dear Sir,

We’ve considered it, but we don’t believe we need to replicate an already-available resource. The TACOM TULSA website is a one-stop-shop for all your SOUMs, Maintenance Action Messages (MAMs), Maintenance Informational Message (MIMs) and other safety and maintenance message needs.

Not only does it provide these messages for TACOM but also has links to the other life cycle management commands’ message repositories (CECOM, AMCOM and Joint Munitions Command).
