MK19 Grenade Machine Gun: Upgraded Rear Sight Assembly

BLUF: Use NSN 1010-01-608-6053 to get the upgraded MK19 rear sight assembly.

The MK19 grenade machine gun has a new upgraded rear sight assembly that replaces the now obsolete MK19 rear sight, NSN 1010-01-133-6983.

Get the new upgraded rear sight assembly with NSN 1010-01-608-6053.

If your unit still has the old rear sight assemblies installed, contact the TACOM modification work order (MWO) scheduler, Mr. Kevin Acel at:
He’ll work with units to schedule an MWO team site visit. The MWO team will install the upgraded MK19 rear sight assemblies.
 
If you have the upgraded MK19 rear sight assembly installed, use these repair parts if needed:
