Years ago, when we created the graphic above, it was part funny, part serious. As MAJ Tolska points out in an article called “WARNING: Wheels Might Fall Off” appearing in Risk Management Magazine (Jan 23), the serious part is majorly serious (pun intended!)

This real-life example reminds us of the why behind PMCS, and the possible consequences when cautions, warnings or safety of use messages are missed or ignored. Read the major’s article HERE.
