CBRN: Get the New NRC Form 3

BLUF: Make sure the latest NRC Form 3 is in your unit’s CBRN room.

Dear Editor,
 
I’m a member of the I CORPS G4 Command Maintenance Evaluation and Training (COMET) team. While updating the CBRN checklist, I discovered the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has updated its Form 3 (Nov 22).
 
Can you let the units know about the updated NRC Form 3? It’s important because if a unit CBRN room has any equipment containing radioactive sources, then an NRC Form 3 must be posted in a clearly visible area to warn others of the radioactive materials present.
