CAEv4 Earplugs: Check for Defects

BLUF: Some 3M™ CAEv4 single-sided earplugs are defective. Check earplugs and get replacements if needed.

Defects in a limited number of 3M™ Combat Arms Earplug v.4 (CAEv4) single-sided earplugs have been reported. These defects include both cracked and damaged filter stems and missing filters.
