You’ll find current Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) training resources, including fitness training tests for the Occupational Physical Assessment Test (OPAT) and Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), in a one-stop shop online.

Resources include lesson plans, individual tasks, slide presentations, student handouts and more.

Visit the Army Training Network (ATN) HERE. You’ll need your CAC for access.
