The 2021 T700 engine training courses are open. The class is designed for maintainers, troubleshooters, quality control and support personnel. Organizations should consider their deployment schedule and who they want to attend the course. Note that the available seats have dropped by 50 percent due to COVID-19.

Due to the decrease in class capacity, don’t apply for more seats than needed to meet mission requirements. Leave opportunities for other locations to apply.

Be advised that a standby list is in place to cover illness and changes to duty schedules. When applying, you can ask for additional members to be placed on the standby list. There’s always a chance that those on the standby list will be selected.

The costs for the one-week course is the standard TDY per diem and travel. There’s no fee for the class itself, and deploying service members are given preference. Government contractors are authorized based on their contract, contracting organization’s approval and the availability of slots.

 Here are the course dates.
