Petroleum: FY 21 Smart Book Available

FY21 Petroleum Planning and Operations Smart Book

The US Army Petroleum Center has published the FY21 version of the Petroleum Planning and Operations Smart Book. Some of the updates include:
  
  • Force structure on units with petroleum assets
  • Operational Project (OPROJ) validation thought process
  • Added the SS Petersburg to the Offshore Petroleum Discharge System (OPDS) section
  • Updated Operational Logistics (OPLOG) Planner and the Force Management System Website (FMSWeb) screenshots/instructions (along with fresh scenario data)
  • DD form ordering screenshots to go with the instructions (and MILSTRIP explanations)
