M4 Carbine: Looking for the Missing BUIS NSN?

The M4 back-up iron sight (BUIS) NSN was mistakenly left out of WP 0040 of TM 9-1005-319-23&P (Apr 19). But the NSN will be added to the TM when it gets updated. 

Until then, you can still order the BUIS with NSN 1005-01-484-8000.
