M1A2 SEPv2 Tank: Updated CITV-SGSA/TIS-TRU Reprogramming Procedures

BLUF: TACOM has updated the reprogramming procedures for the M1A2 SEPv2 tank’s commander’s CITV-SGSA and TIS-TRU to fix prior reprogramming errors.
  Maintainers, there are updated reprogramming procedures for the M1A2 SEPv2 tank’s commander’s independent thermal viewer-second generation sight assembly (CITV-SGSA) and thermal imaging system-thermal receiver unit (TIS-TRU).
 
The updated procedures are for reprogramming the line replaceable unit (LRU) for the CITV-SGSA and TIS-TRU using the direct support electrical system test set (DSESTS) or next generation automatic test system (NGATS). These updates are necessary to overcome system reprogramming errors that are traceable to incorrect circuit card assembly (CCA) configurations and incorrect corresponding software.
 
Get the updated procedures by going to TACOM Maintenance Action Message 23-018 HERE.  You’ll need your CAC to access the website.
