The Commander’s Actionable Readiness Dashboard (C@RD) is bringing data analytics to the Army. C@RD is a suite of data analytic tools that facilitates rapid understanding of tactical logistics information derived from Global Combat Support System (GCSS)-Army data in near-real time.
