HMMWV: Troubleshooting 4L80E and 4L85E Transmissions

Dear Half-Mast,

I’m trying to find the latest troubleshooting information for the HMMWV’s 4L80E and 4L85E transmissions. I'm hoping you can either help me out or point me in the right direction. The troubleshooting guide that I have is for older HMMWV models. I'm working on an M1152A1 up-armored HMMWV.

Dear Chief,

Your search can stop with us.  You’ll find troubleshooting information for those transmissions in TM 9-2320-387-13&P (Mar 14). You can access the TM on the Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) website, which is CAC-enabled. If you don't have the required permissions, follow the instructions to complete a system access request.
