Army Airlift Clearance Authority Customer Advisory

Subject: Army Airlift Clearance Authority points of contacts (POCs) during temporary situational telework.
 
Purpose: This advisory is to inform the transportation community of AACA point of contacts during temporary situational telework.
 
Guidance: In containing the spread of COVID-19 and enabling continued mission accomplishment, the AACA is currently on temporary situational telework. Customers who need assistance with air clearance/challenge issues should contact the AACA group mailbox (see below), which will be monitored actively by the team.
 
Additionally, Air Force aerial ports are still active and on normal operating hours. Restrictions may apply per advisories for OCONUS ports.
 
The AACA regrets any inconvenience to customers during this week and requests customer’s patience in understanding any delay in providing support.
