Log Management: DLA Technical Assistance

BLUF: DLA has several ways to assist you with DLA system access and technical issues.

Need help with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) system access, resetting a password or the Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS)?

Then call the DISA global help desk at DSN 850-0032 or toll free at (844) 347-2457 (844-DISA-HLP).
 
  • When prompted, press 5 and say D-L-A.
     
  • You can also enter the agency name from the phone by pressing 1 and then the agency abbreviation, which is 352.
Another option if you need assistance is the DLA service portal, which you can reach HERE. You’ll need either your CAC or your username and password.
