UAV: Keep Your Shadow Mission-Capable

Operators and mechanics,

Keeping your Shadow aircraft mission-capable is a team effort.

Over the past year, PM TUAS took the Shadow through a system review. They worked with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to understand and decrease Shadow mishaps. The after-action report came up with some corrective actions for all Shadow users and leaders to ensure these mishaps don’t happen again. Check out the attached PDF of the Flightfax Special Edition #1 2020 for more information.  It’ll show you all the errors to avoid and corrective actions to apply to make sure your Shadow always flies high.
